I'm a photographer, marketing specialist, and business consultant. For nearly 10 years, I've helped a Property Management Company and its clients get their units rented fast. Ever since I started working in this field, I've been fighting back against the low-quality, dark, and weird images often used to promote real estate investments. It didn't make sense to me that professional photos were used to sell properties, but not to rent them. This is especially hard to believe since rentals often need regular promotion given tenant turnover. So I grabbed my camera, studied interior photography, and started bringing some light into this field. Since then, while property images have improved in the online world, very few realize that each house, condo, duplex, or townhouse has its own personality and must be showcased adequately to unveil its potential without being misleading. Showing the true character of your property in a cost-effective way is the core of my business.
